If you’re looking for a challenging, high endurance workout that will push you to your limits, the Fitness Bootcamp at Eat Move Live Better is the perfect programme for you!
Our Fitness Bootcamp will whip you into shape in a group setting of up to 16 individuals. This programme is fun, challenging, provides friendly competition and accountability, plus it’s a steal in comparison to private coaching! All you have to do is show up!
We meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6:30am. No excuses, no complaining; turn up, work out and feel awesome at the end of each session.
Sessions are held in Clapham Common at the bandstand in the middle of Common. We offer a variety of exercises on multiple pieces of equipment and these sessions are suitable for anyone to take part.
